My first blog....
I experimented by making baked doughnuts with vaniila cream patisserie...first try became okay and the second was bit dry and hard...so with the addition of 2 tablespoon of milk and extra egg yolk..it turned soft and with cream gave just enough sweetness to the doughnuts...I never liked too sweet cakes and pastries..
